Julie Platt MS, CCC-SLP

Julie is a dedicated licensed speech therapist with over 11 years of experience in the field. She specializes in speech and language development and believes in patient centered therapy. Julie is the founder of Peak View Speech Therapy, a private practice in Colorado Springs. Prior to starting her own practice, she worked in the schools, and inpatient and outpatient settings. Julie received her master’s degree from the University of Utah in 2013. She is licensed in the state of Colorado and is an active member of the American Speech and Language Association (ASHA). Her extensive background includes working with children and adults to help them overcome communication challenges and develop essential speech and language skills.

Balancing her professional life, Julie is also a mother of two, which enriches her understanding and empathy toward her young clients and their families. Outside of her work, she enjoys hiking, running, and reading. She also loves spending time outdoors, often exploring local parks with her children. Her commitment to both her profession and her family reflects her passion for fostering growth and connection in every aspect of her life.
